Excellent finds Strike, showing the illegal colonization that the israeli government is doing on internationally recognized land. The israeli government is also offering 20k in cash to any israeli that wants to move there. Maybe if the settlements were taken out there would be peace there?

While there are certainly those here who very easily fall prey to virtually any anti-Israel propaganda, those who are a bit smarter might want to do a little searching on:

    Anna Baltzer

It's funny...muslims always tend to cite self-hating Jews, the few out there, because they believe it lends legitimacy to their cause of defending hamas.

    Just another propaganda piece

Nobody said anything about Hamas, all of these videos talk about the oppression of the Palestinian people by the Israeli government and the Zionists.

GTech, GTech, if you only had the balls to be an honest and non-biased man ..... , I think though that one day you will become one and you will understand that except Jews and Americans, there are other people on this Planet who also are humans just like you and just like you deserve to live freely ....

"Israel was born out of Jewish Terrorism" Tzipi Livnis Father was a Terrorist" Astonishing claims in the Hous of Parliamnet. SIR Gerald Kaufman, the veteran Labour MP, yesterday compared the actions of Israeli troops in Gaza to the Nazis who forced his family to flee Poland.

"My grandmother did not die to provide cover for Israeli soldiers murdering Palestinian grandmothers in Gaza. The present Israeli government ruthlessly and cynically exploits the continuing guilt from gentiles over the slaughter of Jews in the Holocaust as justification for their murder of Palestinians."

He said the claim that many of the Palestinian victims were militants "was the reply of the Nazi" and added: "I suppose the Jews fighting for their lives in the Warsaw ghetto could have been dismissed as militants."

this is in UK, Zionists (whom are supposed to be Jews) against Jews (true Jews), imagine how it would be in occupied Palestine, Zionists against Arabs?

Jews who are against Zionism are the most dangerous to the ideology, because it proves that those who oppose Israel's policies are not "allies of Hitler" or "supporters of terrorism".
Zionists would like to paint any such activists with the same broad brush...drawing us in to abstract arguments about "Israel's right to exist" when the real issue is the rights of indigenous people.
Neturey Karta and the other courageous Jews who have stood up against this occupation for years are true heroes, warriors for peace. That Zionists oppress them shows that only those who support bloodshed may rule the Promised Land.

Jesus, man. It's not an abstract argument and it's not made up to be used as a means of distraction.
Destroying Israel is a stated goal in the founding charter of the group that Israel is fighting. Mute your heart strings for a minute and just read the facts. Just because one side is weaker doesn't mean they're right or that it's all a grand conspiracy against them.

But your link also has this quote:
January 2006, Khaled Meshaal, the chief of Hamas's political bureau

So the rhetoric is not consistent. In fact, I wasn't able to dig it up (maybe the poster who linked to it here can help) but I saw a document in the past few days from 2006, in which Hamas revised the charter declaration, prior to the election. It said something like, "we leave the question of recognizing Israel for future generations."

The point is, there are two sides to the story, Hamas is given to fiery rhetoric because they are struggling nationalists and need to look strong to their people. They are not the ideal leaders for the Palestinian people, but they are what years of marginalization have brought.

To abolish Hamas, restore land and pay reparations. Give the Palestinian people a fair shake and a free life.

All of this military aid could go toward improving the lives of these people so they have no complaint.

Then revolutionary militants won't be tolerated.

Oh, I'm sure that not all the members of Hamas agree with each other on everything. In fact it's probably just a matter of time before they start murdering each other(if they haven't already), similar to how they murdered members of Fatah.
And yes, there is evidence that Hamas toned down their rhetoric before the election in order to get elected. Some regular, peaceful Palestinians may have been fooled which is sad.
But the fact is that it only takes a few members with that ideology to fuck it up for everyone. For there to ever be viable peace negotiations Hamas will have to come together and unequivocally state that they accept the existence of Israel and that any dissenting opinion on the issue within their ranks will not be tolerated.

I imagine monkeys riding qassam rockets will fly out of my butt the day that happens.

At any rate, it's not an abstract argument as you stated it was, whether or not all members of Hamas are in unison or not.

israel is not fighting hamas, they are fighting palestinians.

if they were fighting hamas they would not build settlements on the west bank or occupy it!!

It becomes an abstract argument when objections to Israel's government, history, or legitimacy are equated with a violent urge to destroy the people of Israel. Items which do not correlate are conflated in these debates. Standing up for Gaza has brought accusations of terrorism support time and again.

It is possible to oppose both Hamas' extreme militancy and Israel's heavy-handed response. It is also possible to raise questions about the way Israel was established and propose that peace will necessarily include fair representation for the affected Palestinians.

It is important that these ideas not be confused with a desire to harm the Jewish people. Unfortunately, peace will demand compromise, and I see little willingness to give in.

The pure fact is when Anna Baltzer pointed out all of the illegal settlement on what is promised palestinian land i was shocked. I never knew there were that many. My view is a little more clear now. I mean those red dots that represented illegal settlements were ALLLLLL over the place. Now I understand why this conflict is the way it is.

Why doesnt the Isreali government just stop the massive illegal settlements and see how peace will take off so fast it aint even funny.
After seeing that video my eyes are open wide and its rediculous. and teh sad part is innocent people on both sides are dying like ants so that this war can be extended when it could be stopped in the blink of an eye. If there were no settlements then hamas would cease to exist and the palestinian people would annex hamas themselves because as i see it there is corruption in both the fatah and hamas parties and the hardcore isrealis that seem to love to see fighting.

We need the masses on both sides to get together on tv and demand peace and point out all of the issues on a world platform that can be viewed on tv by all people. Arent both jewish and palestinian lives worth that much at least:(

in these times after the revolution in communication it became hard for the illegal state of Israel to hide its real nature, in 1948 it was different, slowly truth is coming out now through refuting their old lies, and their new lies, and by watching what is going on which is a continue to the dirty start they had when they expelled about 800,000 from their properties in the biggest fraud in history and through terrorism and massacres,

they when they keep repeating the same lies over and over again, they create critical minds among the people who been far from the conflict, already people who been close to the conflict and who lived it, know what is Israel, the ones who been far, and who were getting their news mainly from Zionists sources, are now starting to think about the whole thing, and for sure, the illegal state of Israel will keep trying to hide their crimes but now as they try to hide more they will be revealed more unlike earlier when hiding was useful for them,

the illegal terrorist state of Israel destroyed everything in Gaza except Hamas, they gave them the biggest boost they would ever want, contrary to what they declared when they started this aggression, it was obviously an aggression against women and children mainly, which can be added to their long list of crimes against humanity since their illegal establishment in 1948 and even before.

it's Israeli crimes that makes the people hate Israel not them being Jews, they are not Jews, they are mostly atheists, who use Judaism as a cover, true Jews are against Zionism, and against killing, while Zionists are ok with killing, even killing women and children if it will mean their butts will be safe, what danger can women and children cause to them? of course they can't do anything, but they prefer to use them to make pressures on the others who decided to hold arms to fight occupation, and terrorism, Hamas in the past 3 weeks, stood in the front line to face this killing machine, and this terrorism, and this threat for world peace, they are the most brave men on Earth whether you like it or not, and there will be a day when the whole world will realize this, hopefully it won't be late then.

It's actually a widespread sentiment among Jews of every level of faith. We are very intimate with the propaganda and feel a responsibility to dispel it.
