uk hosting needed....

hi

i am interested in buying some uk hosting as i have never tried it before.....im looking for anything that is not shared hosting there.........
i havent got a big budget but ive been told that some vps plans in uk are cheap.....

my budget is £45 a month......... i would also like the host if possible to be a bit leanient on what they allow and dont allow

it needs to be very reliable aswell
