Besides U.S, How to drive targeted traffic from UK or Canada or Australia to a site expect Adwords and other PPC services.

 

Links from UK/Canada/Australia sites, local PPC networks, CPM from high traffic local sites etc.

create a google webmaster tools account for free. Within it there is an option to link your site to a specific geographic region. Google will then ensure that your site appears primarily within the region.

I think that Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and eBay are the best traffic generators for Canada, UK and Australia.

just try to promote your site on that area.. search from google .uk, .au and look for means to promote your site there.
