I myself only do .PSD Designs, however If you require a coded design (I.e. my .psd design into xHTML/CSS etc) I work with a couple of coders, so I sort this out for you to save you having to find various people to get the job done. I always take full payment prior to starting work - I don't have time for time wasters.
