I noticed when I use differnt ip addresses from the UK and CA , when i go to google.com , it forces me to the country code TLD. when im using a UK ip, it takes me to google.co.uk and CA it takes me to google.ca

there seems to be no way around this

are you forced to use your country code TLD in google? you cant access .com at all?

im just wondering. im stuck at .co.uk after using a uk ip

You can easily access the main Google.com via using the Google toolbar. Install it, then choose the Google site in toolbar settings, and then use the toolbar search box. You can access any Google site.
