UK Adsense Cheques - Is Yours Late?

I usually receive my cheque from Google on or about the 5th of the month. I haven't received this month's yet. I thought it could be late because of the postal strike but not this late. I'm wondering whether to put a stop on it and get it reissued.

Have any other AdSense cheques arrived late to UK based DP members?

 

My Cheque (Or check as our American friends would say) has not arrived yet but Adsense says wait until the 25th before asking for a reissue.

Im in the UK and have not received mine yet, im thinking because of the postal strikes too.

I think ive waited up to 3 weeks in the past.

 

Why don't you guys move over to EFT which is in the UK.

 

I might do quite soon i think.

 

mines late also dont worry it will come soon over a million letter stuck in the post

 

I think the backlog of items was going to be about 30 million or something like that?

Maybe our cheques are caught up in all of that.

 

i heard it was between 30-140 mil so it is just a massive number either way lol.

And what is EFT?

EFT is direct payments to your bank account, instead of the cheque.

 

Ah right thanks, i thought EFT was a UK equivilant of Adsense. Thanks.

 

It must have been recovering from the backlogue of letters - you're right...

10 days later than usual. my Google cheque (check) arrived today. I will be changing to EFT thanks for that. I'm sure when I started with Google AdSense this option wasn't there for UK.

I'm off to pay it into my account now and it's bucketing down outside - another reason to change to EFT if ever there was one

 

may be there is a delay. if check did not arrived by the next week, you can request a reissue.

 

I also got mine today, they must be catching up with the postal backlog now.
