I went to adsense to check my account and was shocked to see that my CTR was over 60% for today. There is something fishy going on here, and I think my account is going to get banned. I have never clicked my own ads, or asked anyone to do so, or do I belong to some click ring or anything. My question is, should I contact google? Should I see if I should just block the ips that are clicking over and over? (some pages have more clicks than impressions.) I'm not doing anything illegal here and I was literally shocked when I saw this... I know people get banned when their click rate is above 10% usually.... so I'm kind of scared about this. Please any one give advice or help me
How many clicks and traffic we're talking about? 60% is pretty high but it happens sometimes on low traffic sites.
Yes, if you're talking about 3 clicks and 5 impressions I would not be surprised to see a stat like that.. Eric
very low traffic, we are talking around somewhere between 100-300 impressions a day i can't find an email, or phone number or anything to contact google, do they hide it well?
