my site has an extremely high click through-rate, more than half, although very low impressions. I didn't do anything myself I never clicked any of the ads, I'm worried now google may ban me because of click fraud?? i don't know if the same person keeps clicking the ads or not. should I e-mail them??

not really .. as long as your page is not using some sort of misleading stuff or encouraging people to click on the ads .. high legal CTR is ok cause you re not breaking any adsense TOS

I have some sites with less than 1% ctr, and other sites close to 50%.

Since it is all natural, I have never worried about it and google doesn't either. Do not create issues that don't exist. If you are doing nothing wrong, then just wait for your check.

All an email to google does is alert them to watch your account more closely. Why would you do that? Success is not fraud.

oh okay. thanks for your advice. i heard from someone else that a random person clicked his ad hundreds of times so he got banned without doing anything, that's why i was worried. it's probably nothing though since they came at different times

Can you write your own scripts? If so, consider putting in a script that will ensure that someone from the same IP doesn't see too much Adsense on your site. Maybe only once a day, something like that. Or get your developer to do it for you.

That's at least one good reason to move it off Blogspot, then. Blogspot is okay if you're just starting out, but IMO it's much better to have your own hosting and domain name. You will just have so much more control, and I think it makes it look as though you are more serious about your blog.
