    I would respectfully disagree that sending an email is over reacting. Even if you get back a form letter that will be worth its weight in gold if you catch a filter.

    You can be suspended even if you had nothing to do with it so the fact that you can offer proof you were concerned before the automated filter bounced you along with any other info they may require will be helpful.

    If you are concerned, send off a short email and include anything weird you may have noticed in your logs.
