    We are looking for publishers for Our Network. We already have over 700 publishers and make payments within 48 hours as long the publisher places our ads as it follows our terms.

    Our CPM Rates Range from $0.02-$0.15 Flat Rate Depending on Country. We Count Every Traffic but have a Frequency Cap of 5 Views from same IP Every Hour to protect our advertisers.

    I don't know why this guy opens new thread every other day. I have used Uggi and here is what I think about them:

    Never join Uggi Adnetwork. They are frauds and they don't pay publishers. I got my account deleted without any reason after accumulating more than $8. Moreover their ads redirects to other sites and full of virus. Plus when i was using them, they used to change cpm rates every now and then. Uggi is the worst ad network.

    Dont join this site uggitraffic.Thay are full of malware.If you keep those ads on your site,your visitors pcs will get affected.

    Do not join UggiTraffic, it's a total scam.
    First I received my payment for a small amount, then I earned a higher revenue and requested a payment. Then my account was deleted for no reason. They only pay you small amount and when you will earn higher revenue, they will not pay you and they will delete your account.

    stop posting messages on this board uggi making it like you are a customer of your own company. You are'nt new and deffinately not improved. i was warned about another network back a while ago, who had the same problems yet you denied it. But how can someone go by an uggi media and have the same problems, on the same forum. LOL but yep its not you. What a joke that is. Please stop filling people's heads with B.S this industry does not need to be diluted by people like this. Especially not at an economic time like this.

    They had 552 publishers yesterday and now it only shows 422 publishers.
