ug, need help with windows media encoder

    im just trying to stream a stupid mp3 file threw my website live with windows media encoder! i cant figure it out. i have looked all threw google. nothing. please help. please give me a tutorial

    ok. thank you but i dont understand this part:
    i dont have a router. and i do not know what there talking about when they say "you generally need to enter the following data:" were am i suppose to enter info??? please help
