Site has some great unique content.


Site has some seo work done to date but still need more which i just do not have the time for , site should get a real solid PR rating on next update as back link work will start to kick in and traffic is rising monthly. screen shots below will show the site is well indexed and some of the back links coming in.


Added adsense to site and made almost $6 in last two months.



BIN for site is only $125 , considering all the unique content and sites potential and solid start it's a pretty low pricetag.
