Selling UFO sighting/News Niche Site - Unique Content - Adsense Earnings

This is a UFO sightings and news nice web site. The site is only couple months old but has gotten off to an excellent start. I have had a couple of projects really take off quickly and i would like to now concentrate on only two to try and get the most out of them. So this is one of the sites i will let go of.



The site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name registered at Godaddy. The site content is unique. The site is build on wordpress so site is very easy to maintain.


The site is very well indexed and some great backlink work has been done and will begin to take effect quickly. The site is already getting some solid organic traffic. The site has been submitted and ranks in some great niche specific toplist and directories.


The site earned over $16 in adsense this month showing the great potential the site has as it continues to grow and traffic increases.
