Selling UFO/Alien Niche website - Unique Content - Adsense Earnings

This website is in the UFO/Alien paranormal niche. Site has a great keyword rich (.com) domain name "ufodisclosed.com". All of the site content is "Unique" and site has had some seo and back link work done but still needs some work in this area. Site should get a solid PR ranking on the upcoming update with the solid content and good niche specific back links already added. I have purchased some larger sites and have less time to put into the rest of my site portfolio so i will let a couple of them go.


Site is already well indexed and getting some good search engine traffic , traffic last month was a little over 2000 uniques / 3400 overall visits. Site made a little over $3 in adsense last month and should continue to gain in earnings as traffic increases. Will post screen shots for traffic and adsense as soon as i get a chance.


Domain is at Godaddy , free push to buyer. Site files will also be emailed to the winning buyer.
