UEGENT: Please help me build a xhtml and css tutorial website.

I am working on a project where I need to create a xhtml and css tutorial website. At this point I am just looking for a good template I can use for the site, as I believe that I will be able to get content for the tutorial itself online.

I am specifically looking for a template that will be suitable for a tutorial type website.

Can someone please suggest a site where I can get such templates? Please remember that it is a xhtml and css site, so the template must be able to support css.
