    No... Microsoft would not be able to because it is Open Source which their software is "meant" to be since they lost a case in Brussels regarding it but still we see no source code from them.

    Despite the fact that it may be user friendly for all those whom are used to Windows i hope it does not happen.

    I believe there are many options within most Linux OS's that can make it worth while.

    Even programs such as WINE allow .exe's to be used.
