    Hi there,

Essentially, I am looking for an iPhone developer. I am developing a site that will be launched in the new year and it will be a multifacited site. For example, it has classifieds, auto trading, estate agent, dating, social networking, etc elements all rolled into one. I forsee that I will get easily over 100,000 unique hits in month 2 and over a million uniques within 6 months and multi-country within a year.

I am looking for a iphone developer to essentially take a punt. By this I mean there's no salary and no up front costs associated in development of the app that's needed to support this site. What I do promise to do, is that once we agree a price to develop this app. You get paid the money whenever a sale is made on the site and 20% extra. So for example, we agree that the cost is $2000 USD to build the app. Everytime there is a sale, a % goes to your account until $2000 has been paid off and then I'll give you 20% on top for doing business. I will of course retain your services as I'll have more work to give you. Hell, if there is the need I might even retain you on a permanent business to take care of the app.

Please only PM me if you are someone who can work for free and see the payoff in the future (i.e 3-12 months from Jan).

If you are already an iphone developer, then this will be something very simple for you to do, as it will be a matter of copying and pasting from other projects.

Finally, if you are someone who can develop for iPad, Android, Blackberry and Ovi then you'll make even more from me as I'll be wanting to port my app to those platforms as well.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Stipulations are, please be based in either the US, UK or Europe.

I'm still on the look out for a mobile developer.

This IS a good opportunity for you to go in.

I'm willing to give 20%-30% extra on the price that we agree to develop the app. I have slightly different terms of the build schedule. Essentially I have 8 modules of the whole site that need to be developed. I fully welcome a developer to price for each module and then start work on version 1 of the 1st module to get the site mobile. I know that with the type of site that I have and the base being London, the number of visits to the site will explode. I will then be in a position to pay for the development of the iPad and Android versions.

This is a huge project, you'll see that if you come on board. This is an application that a typical londoner will be using many many times a day, for a lot of different things. One of the ways that this app will earn money, is through ad.vertising that the app displays at the bottom. I have many other revenue streams off the site.

As I said in my first posting. If this does well (and it will) then I'll probably be able to keep you on board to continually develop it.

I'm looking for someone who is going to be as passionate as I am to develop this. Essentially you'll be the mobile arm of my company.

    Hoping someone replies :)

"I will be in a position to pay for the development of the iPad and Android versions."

Then go to the bank and get a loan.

I would but then the banks arent lending here in the UK. Especially with a site that hasn't launched yet.
