uanble to open/visit my site........

I am facing a problem that I can't access my website most of the times by typing in the address bar but can browse it by typing the dedicated ip and can also browse by typing the address via proxy sites.

And sometimes i am able to open the website by my own ip but rest of the times I can't .........


When I contacted my VPS host they said,

I am unable to understand these things. Please help me out of this.

i think your site works fine. It really happened with me many times. Just wait for few hours and you should access the site.
It is because the backbone of your ISP (where you access the site) is cutoff or congestion problems. Within few hours it will come back online.
