    U.S/UK/Canada Based PHP Programmer needed

    I need a programmer from the U.S/UK or Canada that can speak perfect english and has experience in PHP Programming.

    No outsourcers, i would require the programmer to discuss with me directly via instant messenger.

    I have a system already made, and need a few changes to it.
