HERE IS THE FULL TEXT OF THE REPLY I RECEIVED FROM THE PUBLISHER OF THE BOOK IN QUESTION. I THINK IT SHOWS THAT CORWIN IS AN UNABASHED LIAR. I WILL POST AN IMAGE OF THE EMAIL SENT TO MY GMAIL ACCOUNT ONCE I AM AT HOME AND HAVE MORE TIME:

The email I received came from this email address:
    Karen Hawkins <karenh(at)biblepathway.org>

    "Good morning, Brother Brown,

The II Military Edition is a reprint or second printing.

    It's size is 6" x 9" & a single copy weighs 1 lb 11 oz on a postal
scale. It will go in a bubble wrap envelope for $2.58 "media mail".

This is the only size & weight we have.

    Sincerely,
    Karen Hawkins
    Administrative Assistant"

    _____

Personally, I am disgusted that someone would outright lie to support their original lie. I will have nothing further to do with people like Corwin.

By campaigning to convert Iraqis to Christianity, which has drawn similarities to the Crusades.

Or in simpler terms, converting people by the sword.

The soldiers are doing a great job in Iraq. I am amazed that so many folks can make ignorant comments without being there.... and watch the kids and the Iraqi people cheer you. The Iraqi people want a better life. Each person that make complaints abot Iraq and the soldiers should schedule there next vacation there and see for themselves.

You need to re-read the story. Nobody is being forced to convert or there is no allegation of any threat of violence. As desperate as you are to show other religions using Islamic tactics, that is not the case. Instead it is something else, which is disturbing, but not at all what you paint it to be.

What appears to be happening is that some outside religious groups think that they can use the members of the armed forces as a tool to further their own religious objectives. The problem is that even if done in a peaceful and respectful manner, the US armed forces should not be be advocating for any religion. This has nothing to do with forcing anyone into a religion.

LOL Sorry but you can't make a stroppy post calling someone a liar and then using one of the most obsurd lies of the 21st century in your next post to back you up. It is a well known, established fact on these forums that Islam was not spread by the sword. You are like the holocaust deniers, the facts are there but you refuse to take them in. I THINK IT SHOWS THAT BROWNTWN IS AN UNABASHED LIAR. ;)

It is converting by the sword because Iraqis will feel threatened and scared that something might happen to them if they do not convert, fear tactics.

how do you know, the post above yours suggested that you take a vacation and go to Iraq, and see how great are the things there.

how do Iraqis feel about it, this is the question that should be asked:

even though it has no historical proof, and that you have been given some real info that contradicts with the claims you usually have, but I will help you, I will ask the admins to make this post sticky, so you do not keep jumping in each thread and post it

to Admins: Please unstick this post from Ckrismoney and stick it somewhere on these forums were all pagans (Muslims) can see it, thanks :)

1000 Years of Carnage & Barbarity in the name of Christ

and please Ckris, do not forget your high morals, before accusing others falsely with the same:

    yeah, right..

note: the  was added by me and not originally in the old testament. duh ..

Here is the exact email I received from the publisher. I wonder who Corwin got his information from. First time it was made up, second time he said it was from the publisher.

For those who care, I do have friends in the armed forces and will be sending a 4th of July package, although I doubt I will include this particular book. The weight issue seems to have been settled definitively. The only edit to the image is to remove some of my personal information.

That is NOT the reply I got over the phone.

You don't strike me as somebody that takes being wrong gracefully, "browntwn". Based on the obsession you seem to have on this discussion, I seriously doubt the sincerity of your claim.:p

WTF - you've taken a casual conversation and turned it into your own personal crusade? What if I started questioning your relationship to Jason Leopold - the author of the original article YOU published - the article with all the exaggerated claims? Why are you behaving as if you are so personally offended by any challenge whatsoever to that article?

There is NOT a major initiative to covert thousands of Iraqi citizens to Christianity.

It was just a cute little salutation used by the publisher of a bible book in response to an email inquiry I wrote.

Since that person does not know me personally or anything about my faith, your comment, like most of your comments on this forum, has no basis in fact.

What does that have anything to do in this thread?

If anything 'if he is' it should show he puts what he feels is the right thing above his religious beliefs. I find that to be a good thing..

You may call me by whatever label fits your narrow minded thinking. None of them offend me. Swaymedia called me a Jew, you can call me a Christian or Muslim or Buddist or Hindu.

Since my religious beliefs are something you know nothing about, this is just another textbook example of you proudly displaying your ignorance and bigotry.

He brought it up with his agressive manner of speech, though you are right, it depends what he feels the right thing is though, as the usa thought slaughtering vietnamese children was the right thing.

When people call the Muslim religion a religion of bloodshed and hate then use the Koran for target practice - this is hypocrisy in its most purest form and it makes me lean my head back and cackle with glee.

And then cry at the stupidity of it all.
