This can lead to all arabic countries, muslim countries take place against US army in Iraq. It will be war between two big religions, and it is more dangerouse than a war for oil.
Hmm so US has a plan converting Iran to christianity

What caused the war wasnt saddam. What caused this bs of a war was
our government saying there were imaginery weapons of mass destruction and imaginery al qaeda there before the 2nd gulf way and i have proven many times with my old posts here there werent any of the above, and if anyone calls themselves a christian they should be seeking the truth about what caused the needless deaths of over 100,000 innocent iraqi civilians and 4000 our own american troops. If anyone is really a christian here they would be Looking at all information possible and would be disgusted at why this war even took place.

Also when you have our president saying god told him to go to war in iraq you can maybe see how bad its gonna look when the occupying force tries to pass out bibles in iraq. The muslim iraqis dont need our bibles as there are many iraqi christians there to help if they ever wanted to convert. For the past 50 years they could have converted by talking to fellow iraqis. This thing is only going to incite more hatred and war.

they been trying since very long, since the crusaders, at the end it results in more Westerners entering Islam, but the bad thing here is the preaching army, things may get out of control, and out of Iraq.

Whoever occupies people against their will, subjects them to a terrorist government, and starts religious segregation policies by walling off neighborhoods, is evil and stupid.

Exactly. And you're wasting time with Ckrismoney. He doesn't participate in rational arguments.

    You talk too much.

Bottom line is you can't stop it because they're fighting and have the right to speak.

Your not fighting, just speaking of other peoples business!

Saying soldiers can't talk about GOD is like saying webmasters shouldn't talk about soldiers.

And you don't do enough listening.

Actually, it can be stopped, and it should be stopped. The government should not allow taxpayer money to be used for secular religious conversion or missions.

Those soldiers are in Iraq, on duty. They are there under the command of the government, serving the interests of all Americans, Muslims, Jewish, Christian, Atheist etc.

    Like I said, irrational.

The Iraqis were converted to Islam by the sword. Memebers of the US military are not converting anyone anyone. They are sharing their christian beliefs. The middle east will be a better place with more christians and less jihadi viloence.

All you guys like to do is talk bad about everybody and everything.

That's why your opinions don't do anything except waste thread space.

You all make this section of DP dull with complaining threads.

But thanks to this government you guys hate you're able to do what you want.

But some how you think no one else should do what they want.

So you think it would be fine for Muslim American soldiers to also spread their belief in the same manner?

I would love for you to go to Iraq and minister all you want.

What I oppose is my tax supported military being used to advocate any religion. Your eagerness to support this is motivated because it is your religion they are advocating. Your personal bias is patently obvious.

Darn straight. Can you imagine the thread of outrage if American Muslim soldiers were trying to convert Iraqi Christians? Holy Mother Mary, the forum would be in an uproar!

This isn't the way the U.S. should be going about this. What they should do is try to set up some areas in Iraq where Iraqis can practice religion freely. Nothing more, nothing less. Not all of Iraq is a combat zone so why not just create some safe havens for Iraqis to go and start enjoying the freedom that they should have already had by now. And then if some Christian ministry wants to come in and spread Christianity to those that want to listen then they can do that. But I don't think this is the right way to go about it. I don't really consider this forcing religion on anyone since no one is being forced to take a Bible or read one or convert to Christianity but at the same time this just isn't the way to go about it.

That was a waste of time.

We all know Islam has spread by the sword, and now it is enforced by it. In fact in some muslim countries if you turn Christian they cut your arm off.

That will keep many people in line. Islam has done what muhammed taught them to do.
