Selling U.S. domain with a true PR4 rank (formerly a company site)

I am selling the domain TheBarCoed(dot)com. The Bar Coed was a party/clubbing promotion company in New Jersey and Philadelphia. The owner promoted the hell out of the site through Facebook, web, and other methods, which is how it achieved a Page Rank 4. It's excellent for building PR for your other sites (which is what I'm doing at the bottom). I need to focus on sites that need active management and want to sell this and a few of my other sites.
