U.S. Commerce Survey?!

    Hey everyone,

    I got a 47 page long survery from the US Commerce today
    and it says that it is REQUIRED BY LAW TO FILL OUT AND RETURN.

    What happens if I don't? Because that's bull****, no one can TELL
    me I HAVE to fill out a survey. Right?
