U have to listen to this song > is it the sadest song ever?

    The song is by Australian singer / song writer Kate Miller-Heidke and is titled 'The Last Day On Earth'

    I keep hearing it on radio and tv and not very often i stop what i am doing or thinking about and just listen........

    I cant remember song ever provoking such emotion as im not normally one for soppy manufactured generic love pop songs that we tend to hear these days

    The sound is so sad, depressing and haunting.......

    But i dont think its meant to be - its more of a melancholy love song?

    I like it so have a Listen, what do you guys think of it?
