Typical response response time from AdSense support

From your experience, what is a typical response time for an email sent to AdSense support? And did they resolve your issue or provide useful information?

My experience so far: 3 days to get a response that said they will investigate. 3 more days for a useless followup response that says check my robots.txt file. In 10 seconds or less they could have checked themselves that the robots file is allowing all user agents and that wouldn't explain ads served in the wrong language.

One or two business days. I've never had issue trouble. it was to give suggestions, or ask if a URL was OK.

    5 business days.

It seemed like the response was from a pre-made email they had...like an automated computer spat it out.

I think it's because my issue was one they get a lot of and didn't want to take the time to provide personalized support for it.

2 days, only mailed with them twice though, with the first i got a mix of copy/paste reply and a real reply.
    Second was pure copy/paste.

Though i dont mind copy/paste replies, they just makes things go faster overall for all ;)

My few questions have been answered in 2 - 3 days. My last question on Friday was very off the wall with no way to cut and paste an answer... let's see how long it takes themthis time :)

I hope I don't have to write to them and they don't have to write to me. If you catch my drift. HEHE :)
