I've been wondering about the different types of insomnia recently. So many people have difficulties sleeping and the reasons are so broad. There are various types of insomnia it seems. Does anyone else here have trouble falling asleep? One of the other types of insomnia is waking up several times during the night. Does anyone suffer these kind of problems or related?
Yes i do, take melatonin its amazing, non addictive and healthy. Better than taking side effect and addicting pharmaceuticals if your thinking about it.
