The only reason I'm selling is due to the fact that i need the money tomorrow. I would not sell this site otherwise. It's a hard decision and here is why:

This site is new and makes passive income on an almost day-to-day basis. It has been featured in many web design galleries such as cssmania.com which bought it over 3,000 visitors in the first day it was featured and still draws traffic.

It is a nice domain even with a .net TLD and fits its purpose.

It has automated payment/downloads that go straight to your paypal account through e-junkie which is free for the first month then only $5 afterwards. But one single sale makes three times that so its not a problem. You will never have to pay for subscription out of your own pocket.


It is only a month old but it has brought over 6 thousand visitors.

With just a little promotion (which i havent yet found the time for this month) you could easily bring in even more sales.

It uses its own custom theme to run and is EASY to add new themes. You can buy new themes even here on digitalpoint and re-sell them over and over again on there for a license fee... making much more then selling it alone.

The $15's are from the first theme.

The $22 is from a discount code for the second one which was removed as was the $40 for its original price.

The $7 is from a discount code as well for the first theme.


If bought for a reasonable price i will build more themes for you to sell as included in the price.

To see some more of my work you can view posts I've made in the templates forum here or on sitepoint. Most of my sales are from sitepoint but as you can see i make an average of $250 - $300 in one day from one sale.

I planned on releasing some of these "magazine" themes on typepress.net- which would boost the revenue quite a bit. So if bought for a reasonable price- i can include themes to be released as part of the deal.
