    Joomla is also very good. You can make very professional and dynamic website using joomla 1.6.x. It is not very hard to learn. It is similar to wordpress.

    If you're really serious in blogging, then start off by purchasing a domain and a host. Then install wordpress on it.

    Remember to do keyword research before purchasing a domain
