Type of links and where to buy?

    Hi Peeps,

    I have been doing a lot of research lately and noticed that a competitor is actively buying a certain type of links. Here is an example:

    Within the content of the page, there are anchor text links highlighted in a box.

    Do you guys know what are these type of links called and where to buy them?
