    im using broadband 2mbps connection.
    my download speed is 200kbps :D

    im paying $10 /m

    night unlimited day 150mb limit.

    Broadband is a primary type of internet connection in which further two categories are DSL or Cable.


    And ADSL is a bit diffrent then DSL.

    DSL means digital subscriber line
    ADSL means Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line

    satellite here. sometimes i think i'm still on dialup. until i get the bill that is... $70USD/month and im not sure but if i recall correctly... i think it's advertised as 1.5mbit

    that's a great price but to have a limit :(

    we pay $20 for a 3M dsl line...or is it ADSL :eek::eek: no limits

    i have a 256k broadband! it is of BSNL, and upload and download has no restirctions!
    the charge is about $20 a month!:)

    Hi,
    I use Airtel broadband services in India.

    It is 256 kbps connection with 400 MB usage limit in day time and unlimited from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.. All for only INR 450.. Also 150 INR of Phone calls free.. Isn't it a Nice deal ??

    I'm using cable net. I don't know its exact speed but whenever I download a file, it is around 200 kb/second. It's pretty fast for me :D
