    Hello friend,

    i want to share my query about Google Exam Certification Program and i have find out that google provide 2 type Exam Certification
    1.Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) test

    2.Google Advertising Professionals Program
    https://adwords.google.com/professionals/?hl=en_US

    is it right and also Guide me that i am unable to process Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) tes. for it cradit card must for fee payment.?

    Go for second one "Google Adwords Certification" -this is more popular program.

    yes, Credit Card is must but as "bobchrist" said you must go with Google Adwords Certification program.
