i think this thread should fall into this section.

one wordpress theme for 1 domain name (domain.com). now i want to add another WP theme into the sub folder, domain.com/newtheme. will this cause any problem to my SEO ranking?

if you visit domain.com, you will see WP1-theme. if u visit domain.com/newtheme you will see another theme WP2-theme.

is there a better way to do this than installing another WP?

what i want is another mini site or landing page without creating another domain or sub domain and it will not break my SEO ranking.

thanks! but the link sound confusing to me.

i m trying to achieve 2 WP themes on a single domain by doing this, domain.com/one and domain.com/two. domain.com/one is map to domain.com. is it possible and how will it affect my SEO and permalink?

Your wanting two different themes on one wordpress installation. Now if you want a section where theres a page with a blog on it. Then ether create a subdomain or e.g blog.domain.com or create a sub directory domain/blog. But you can not have two themes on one wordpress installation without some heavy programming.

My advice learn HTML,CSS,Java script and Flash

oh no! no HTML, no CSS, no no no!

Perhaps i should look into WPMU instead of installing 2 WP installation. WPMU may also be a better solution for my SEO worries?
