Two wordpress query

    1 - exclude posts under some categories from related post. i did not use any plug-in. the tcode is added in my single.php. this one:

    2 - if i first create tag and category or vice-versa same name for example - "food" so why the slug is different:

    Tag - food
    category - food-2 (why the slug of 'food' in category is 'food-2' why is not - 'food') if the both destination url is differ :

    http://www.example.com/category/food-2/

    http://www.example.com/tag/food/

    can any help about my both question
