Two websites in same niche using Adsense

    Hi,
    Can I have two websites in same niche using adsense?
    example :
    niche : girls games

    website 1 . girls-games.com
    Website 2. girls-games-online.com

    And using:

    -different design
    -same games but with different descriptions.

    Google Adsense can banning my account?
