    Both Sites are CMS(Content Management System) based and allows normal people to post and write without any technical knowledge. Both are wordpress cms customized theme
    The reason im selling is i have no real time to keep it updated like i think it should be... sale mean...Script+hosting+domain+DB file+backlinks everything.
