It depends on domain age, domain name, backlinks and etc.

The one witch have more authority in the search engines eye OR the one witch does not link from that site to the other. The duplicated content, witch have a link for the same content will be dropped back in SERP -s.

    Cheers,

I would love to say the original one but unfortunately that's not how Google works. I had the bad luck of having someone copy content from my website and they're the ones who show up in the search engines first. So I guess it would depend on the backlinks as I think the one who copied my site has more experience with SEO.

If A and B has same content except domain name, BUT A has links to B, then B should be first

Maybe the older site will get it. .
But doesn't going to be a duplicate content?

There is not such a thing as duplicate content. It is a myth. Google just penalize duplicate content across the same site, not across the internet.

Yes, I also think it was a myth. But I'm always careful, because if google knows my site duplicate content, some of them said the site would be considered a scam by google.
Maybe some people here can explain more about it. :)

As everything else on SEO, the best we can do is an educated guess.
With respect to duplicated content I just can say that I have tested it. I do a lot of article marketing and many of my articles come from previous posts in my sites. I do not spin them, just use it without modifications or with minimal ones (such as change some keyword). I have been doing it for years and my sites have never suffered any penalization.

I know many other internet marketers that do the same with same results.

The site which is more older and have more backlinks will rank ahead in search engines.

There are lot of things to be consider regarding which one will get on top page in google. As per my knowledge Search engine doesn't allow a same content for more then one site.

there's LOTS of duplicate content, rather obviously.

If you mean there's "no duplicate content penalty", you're right only in the sense that the downgrading duplicate content gets is not designed to 'punish', but just to enhance Google's user experience.

Whether you call it a 'penalty' or a 'downgrade', the end result is the same, your dupe content is down on page 50, and the Yahoo / ezines version is on page one.

This 'debate' was argued back and forth and decided a LONG time ago, and you can try it for yourself by uploading a page of pure duplicate content, targeting a 'money word (like 'acne' or 'credit card' or anything else that can make you money). Getting it indexed isn't hard.

Keeping it above page 50 is VERY hard.

    And *that* is your 'penalty'.

It all depends on what Google picks for a specific query. For a certain query Google could show a domain with the fresh duplicate content and if you tweak the same query the domain with the older duplicate content will show up. It's completely subjective on Google's end. There is no "all or nothing". Google just picks what it feels is more relevant.

    Well said sir.

If Site A Content Copy by Site B then Site A is the advantage over B, also Site A has Unique content then B, and B has Duplicate Content so i think Site A will Show first.
