Two types of product in one store?

    I was wondering if it would be smarter for me to make two separate stores on two separate domains with two ssl certificates for each of my 2 product types, or to just make one store with both of the items. There are many stores that sell both of these items together, but it may be smarter for me to keep the two separate. Any advice? Pros and cons?
