two ..strange.. datacenters

Hey all I was wondering if someone could clear something up for me.

My webstite launched in november 2005 and I'm having a helluva job to get my site to get some decent search engine ranks. I'm a rodbuilder not a SEO guy and learning every day about this subject.

I'm doing pretty well in MSN and Yahoo now. MSN in the top 3 for my most competitive keywords and finally got Yahoo to respond to my work too now.

Yahoo moved me from position 140 to position 22 this week so I'm getting there. The new Blog and posting articles really helped...

Goggle however still keeps me arround 80/85 no matter what I try. Some strange thing though is that two datacenters....

    64.233.187.99
    64.233.187.104

show me on position 21. At first I thought this was because of some update they were busy with but it has been since the last two weeks and for all my keywords they show different results than the rest.

Could it be Google is giving me some negative points for my website's and backlinks age? and those two datacenters do not? These two datacenters are also very stable. When I make a change the other datacenters throw me up 30 to 60 positions but whatever I do they never give me a better result than 73. but those datacenters only go up or down 4 or 5 positions.

Another thing is about pagerank. I read somewhere a page will only give about 85% of its pagerank maximum. My homepage has a pagerank 3 and all other pages have the same but they do not or almost have no backlinks pointing towards them. Could this mean my pagerank is high into 3 because all the other pages do have a pagerank 3 too? Not that I think my PR is really important but it looks so much nicer (to me) when the bar is a little bit greener. All pagerank prediction sites tell me my future rank will be 4.

    Thanks for the input.
    Danny

Those DC's stand out like a sore thumb, I love them personally but its too early to know whether they will roll out to be the real deal of whether there are filters that have yet to be applied there.

I see one site coming out of the sandbox for me though so I'll be watching it.

I see changes on these datacenters. I would rely on these becoming the norm though.

Those datacentres are showing the kind of results Id expect from a few of my sites launched about 8 months ago. I think these could be showing the future results but with some tweaking still to come imo

If those sites results propagated to the other data centres I would be extremely pleased it would put me on the second page for a keyword I have been chasing for 2 years.
