Two Sites with Lots of Potential for Trade or Possible Sale PR4 & PR3

Hello all,

I have a couple sites that aren't producing much income, but have potential for someone that has the time to devote to them. I'd like to trade them out for sites that require no work, and make some passive adsense bucks. Would also consider perm links in restaurant/food sites as part of trade. I will also entertain offers for sale but prefer to trade.

PT Cruiser Forums. Purchased off digital point a while back. Submitted it to some directories, changed the design a bit, and let it sit. Just don't have the time to link build, promote, or remove/block spammers.

Small, but loyal, group of posters. If you did some paid posting, these members would jump on the opportunity to talk (and increase your indexed pages...) They will provide a strong base to welcome new members and answer their questions.

$7 & $8 for last two months adsense income...

Traffic: I just noticed I have logs for this site, I will download them and post screen shots tomorrow. Before then: 'bout 100-200 adsense impressions a day over the last few months, from what I've noticed.

No paid links or coop pointed to this site, but it is in my signature.

Site Two: www.freehostingcompany.com Yet another site I put on the back burner for too long...

PR4, was PR5 when I bought it off digital point

next to no traffic (maybe 25 impressions a week)
(no traffic logs for this site)

<$1/month adsense on average

footer links are coop and old links that were paid monthly. none have an obligation to stay on the site.

Broken images are bad alexa links

no login info for directory (in the code somewhere, yours to find )

No paid links or coop pointed at this site.

 

Edit: PTLovers is also DMOZ listed. (Haven't been around the forums much lately, not sure if people still care or if I'll get 10 "don't post thats its DMOZ listed or it'll be delisted" replies )

I just started downloading the traffic logs (a couple hundred megs worth). Will post screen shots later this afternoon when I return home.

NO BIN will be offered without first taking offers (trade and cash).

 

Interested in www.freehostingcompany.com. What script is it running on and how easy is it to install? About how much are you looking for for this site?

 

Its run by a script from hotwebtools.com, not sure which one. Like I said, I have no login info but it is buried in the code somewhere. Site is probably best being slated for redevelopment.

Like I said before, I do not have BINs, freehosting I'm thinking low xxx, ptlovers, mid to upper xxx. Will not sell ptlovers for spare change, as it has huge potential given the large enthusiast community behind pt cruisers.

Edit: Would like these gone by Wed if at all possible, as I will be leaving town for a few days. If no good offers by then, it'll have to wait till Monday or they'll go back on the back burner...
