http://the-song.no-ip.com/ - the first time you view it your are redirected too ebay the second time you view it you see the site that the search engines will see.
That's a server-side redirect, not cloaking. And yes, you can have an ad/link that redirects (a lot of people do it strictly for click tracking stats).
Dunno, but unless the site is showing you different content than what it shows search engine spiders, it wouldn't be cloaking. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cloaking

Could be geotargetting, but still smells like cloaking here. Digitalpoint, did you clear cookies and use ie? It goes right on to ebay, different content served to spiders, smells cloaky to me...you're the boss though.
