    ok if you read my previous post i was a little ticked.
    well here are two sites wich are currently displayed on my site (while i am still pending review)

    http://www.modchipman.com/?ref=9
    http://the-song.no-ip.com/

    anyone wanna tell me why a referrral link and a non existent site made the cut?

    Affiliate links are allowed... As for the other site, it's possible that the server is temporarily down or something.

    Google shows a valid cache for it as of May 11... so it definitely was there recently.

    Shawn, the second site redirected me to Ebay, I guess they changed the code once they got approved... time to kick them out for cheating!

    I see a site that redirects to ebay and sets a cookie
    next visit goes to the real site - 1 page with the lyrics of
    a 'funny' song (and a flash player to listen to a recording of it)

    Google has cache the lyrics page tho.

    Don't see any ads tho :p

    Not just frymans imagination:
    this is what's going on:

    <script language="JavaScript1.1">
    <!--
    window.location.replace("http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?RedirectEnter&partner=31179&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2F");
    //-->
    </script>
    <noscript>
    <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;URL=http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?RedirectEnter&partner=31179&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2F">
    </noscript>
    </head><body><a href="http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?RedirectEnter&partner=31179&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2F">Click Here</a></body>

    well i wish digitalpoint would change to a more sofisticated and better developed system.
    I still dont understand how it helps me if i have a php develop or resources site and i show ads of a jewellery or loans..

    And i cant imagine they have no coders around that can update the script so it will show ads with keyword related submitted sites....

    I know i can remove it at any time but like its now the system digitalpoint uses is old,cheap and very useless.
    but thats just an opinion.

    I had already reported this site but I guess you didn't see the thread.

    There is an add in the coop right now that has anchor text saying "The eBay Song" It points to the-song.no-ip.com.

    When you click on it it redirects you to Ebay. I guess it puts in an affiliate cookie, because if you hit the back button and click on the ad again, it then takes you to some stupid page with some song on it.

    Could you check this and kick this guy out of the network?

    I am not talking about affiliate links, I am talking about a site that is redirecting you to another one.

    Thought that wasn't allowed.

    Hmmm... I had no idea that it was allowed, I was building landing pages since I thought you couldn't redirect the url directly... guess I will stop doing it and just use the plain url now

    Yep... some people pipe all their links through a redirection script to track clicks for example.
