Two sites pointing to the same server...Need Help

    Hi,

    I have two sites like www.xyz.com and www.xyz1.com and are pointing to the same server. The content for both the sites are same.

    How should I indicate to the Google crawler that www.xyz.com is the main site to be indexed.

    Please help me in this.

    Instead of putting the same content on both just use a 301 redirect on www.xyz1.com that sends people to xyz.com. You can also do something with name servers/DNS to make them go to the same site but I don't know how to do that.

    Shut down the www.xyz1.com site. This will be considered Site Mirroring, Spam and Duplicate Content. Or a PR0 for both sites.
