those two are main foundations and I agree with you.

 

It doesn't necessarily have to be keyword rich content. You could be writing just normal content, as long as it is useful for the readers. I would consider keyword rich content as 'keyword stuffing'.

So, good content and natural back links actually are the 2 most important things needed for SEO.

However, I bet to differ... Content should not be keyword rich you just have to maintain 2-4% of keyword density and proper keyword proximity and make it look natural.

Building backlinks is ok but only quality and themed.. otherwise it can cause trouble.... big time..
