Two reptile community websites for sale!

Reason for sale: I just don't have the time or interest in the sites that they need to flurish.

The first is www.herpkingdom.com

This domain is 5 years 4 months old and a PR4 with over 10k in backlinks.
At its peak it was receiving over 2500-3500 unique vsitors a month and over 500k in hits.
I can only provide stats foe the past two months as we have just changed servers twice three months ago.

Stats:
April 12th to April 30th:
1528 UNique visitors
10436 hits

May (entire month) with forums disabled
3564 Uniques
125140 hits.

June 1st to June 12th with forums disabled
1495 Unique visitors
44141 hits.

The site was down totally for the month of April due to a combination of the server crashing with that CPanel hacking and my main system crashing at the same time (main system at home had the backups). There is also the only of its kind, Rate My Herp installed. It is a rating script where members can submit photos of the reptile and/or amphibian for other members to rate. Currently this is not functioning, I just have to reinstall the database. Should be up in the next 24 hours)

The site has adsense but i never really went into that too much so for the past year it has only earned like $17

The site runs off of phpbb forums with MKPortal as the front page. It also has a custom theme made from Zonecopper for mkportal. This is not available anywhere as I never released it on MKPortal. Zonecopper is available and installed for phpbb. There are some old html pages in the background that are linked on one of the menus. These are indexed by Google and i left a link to them for SEO purposes. THe content has since been moved to the cusotm modules and is now database driven.

The forums were turned off in Feb. I moved them to www.herpworld.com. All rights to duplicate the caresheets and use of photos belongs to the domains as long as the links and mentions are left in place.


THe second is www.herpworld.com

This domain is one year old and showing a PR0 which some online tools state is fake. Google actually has some weird site cached as herpworld. I do not know how this has happened. THe domain was parked under herpkingdom.com only for a year. ANyway, here are some of the stats: there are 818 inlinks so far, unique and hits stats:

May 15th to May 31st:
519 unique visitors
62360 hits


June 1st to June 12th:
411 Unique visitors
19928 Hits


This site runs from VBulletin (annual license will be transfered as part of the sale) with VBAdvanced as the portal. There are custom modules for the adsense ads for the portal and several modules installed on the forums for adsense and SEO. This site has only been up as a site for 2 months and has earned only $$9.56 from adsense since installation on May 15th with adsense.. There is also a custom module for the portal for auctionads.com ads. There are adsense ads throughout the site including the archives most are controlled thru the admin panel. The portal adsense has to be editted through the style sheet editor in vbulletin.

There are no link sales or banner sales for either site. Neither site has any advertising per say except for site members have links to both sites in their signatures on other sites.

I will provide hosting for the remainder of the year for no charge.
Both domains are registered on Godaddy and will be pushed to your Godaddy account.
Annual VBUlletin license will be transferred with the herpworld.com domain.
I will provide support for the remainder of the year as well. (support defined as answering any questions and showing the buyer how to work some ofthe site features)
