    If one visitor goes on 3 pages for example, you would therefore have 1 visitor and 3 page views or impressions.

    Page impression: is the number of times a web page was accessed/refreshed by new/same visitor.
    Visitor: is basically different people visiting the site.

    SEO is a never-ending process by which you try to fine-tune you site so that it ranks high in SERPS.
