Okay, the first one is an easy one! What is the minimum payout with azoogle? I've looked around and can't seem to find it! Also, my second question is I'm currently doing ppc and just regular marketing to get traffic to my landing page. My question is how do you guys get tons of email addresses to use to send this stuff via email? Do you buy them from somewhere? Do you get people to actually sign up for a list? If so how? I'm doing okay with ppc but I would like to also try email. Thanks for any tips!

    Minimum Payout should be $50.

In regards to the email addresses - you can collect them. Membership websites of any kind are pretty neat. Even a giveaway freebie is a great tool just to collect email addresses. I would recommend however to use an external company for the mailings to avoid blackilisting your domains.

How would you go about collecting e-mail addresses with a freebie give away? I can only think of PPC (as I have no traffic right now) and the cost of the PPC traffic would be bigger than the earnings on the give away wouldn't it?

You can hire bloggers to post for you (hint :) ), or post on relevant forums. The best freebies in my opinion are the ones that give you backlinks like blog themes or website themes. You can promote these by posting on the blog software's forum or webmaster forums. You can also hire someone to make the themes for you if you can't make them yourself.
