Two questions about selling sites - first time.

    I'm considering selling a few sites, but I wanted to ask you guys a couple of questions since I've never sold one before.

    1. I'm assuming I should sell them separately since they're not related...correct?

    2. Could you guys give me some idea of how much this site may go for.
    One of the sites is schoolofhdtv.com

    I'll say no income because it doesn't make much and I haven't worked on it in several months.

    Domain is 9 months old PR3. All content is unique. Site is Joomla and is SEO'd. I just added a phpbb3 forum with phpbb_seo premod, but it's still quite empty.

    Traffic is 100 to 290 uniques daily. I had the uniques over 1000 when I was working on it.

    I'd really like to get some idea of how much I could get and where to sell it...here or sitepoint. Thanks in advance.

    It all depends on how much revenue you are obtaining from them. I have recently sold a site through a website. They are asking webshots of your cpanel, google analytics and also few more revenue shots of google, kontera, TLA, etc... They bought my site which fetches me $200 per month for $4000. If you're interested peep into their site.... I won't ask you to rep me for this valuable answer. :)

    Websites may sell for 24 times monthly net income...depending on how nice and how hands free the site is to run and how many uniques per month. Sites with not much gusto go for $30 to a couple of hundred.
