Two questions about a social bookmarking script

    I came across http://www.addtobookmarks.com/ today and thought this would be a good addition to one of my customer's sites. However, I have a couple of questions:

    1) Is it true that Google frowns on the use of javascript? I read that on another site selling a bookmarking script. Wasn't sure if that was a ploy to get me to fork over money as opposed to using the free one.

    2) I've tried to add Facebook and MySpace links and am getting an error (the box ends up jumbled. Does anyone use this script and have you added Facebook and MySpace links?
