Two question about php and wordpress

Got some questions in mind i like to ask to you.

1: Is there a way a whole website written in php can be integrated into wordpress?
2: How hard is it to change the whole layout of a frontpage in php when it is all in one script. i have got a php script but like to change the frontpage and add more features to the users login?

2. Depends on how bad the script was coded.

 

1. a way can always be found but it could be really hard! the best is to re-build it in wp
